Warehouse Supervisors and QA Tech/Supervisor

Warehouse Supervisor Duties:
• Lead and Manage the Warehouse associates
• Training personnel, driving efficiency and inventory processes
• Receiving goods
• Inventory management using ERP system
• Loading of goods to production line
• Understand and perform processes for cycle counting and Inventory reconciliation
• May drive forklifts or other material handling equipment
• Work within defined processes and procedures
• Communicate safety, work area and inventory issues to the Plant Manager
• Keep clean and safe working environment

QA Tech/Supervisor Duties:
• Understand and audit processes for electronic products assembly.
• Lead and Manage the QA Techincians.
• Create line audit Inspection plans.
• Create Inspection plans for the Incoming Inspecting of PCBA, castings, fastners, labels, battery cells and other electronic assembly components to meet schedule and quality.
• Operate tools and equipment as per specifications and instructions.
• Monitor calbrations per Instructions.
• Monitor machine operations per instructions.
• Work within defined processes and procedures.
• Perform tests and inspections procedures.
• Communicate safety, work area and quality issues to the Plant Manager
• Communicate Quality metrics to the Plant Manager
• Keep a clean and safe working environment.
• Site lead for PPE, EHS, & QA procedures.

Qualifications, Skills, Requirements Needed:
QA – • Minimum of 3 years experience in supervisoring inspection and quality roles on electronics manufacturing
WH – Forklift Experience
Warehouse Management Exp.
BOTH – MS OFFICE
