Seeking a Test Supervisor to lead the Test Technician team in our battery assembly operations in the Spartanburg, SC facility.
Provides work direction and participates in the testing, assembly and inspection of electronic, electrical, mechanical, telecommunications equipment.
Customer satisfaction and achieving regulatory compliance is the goal.

TASKS AND RECURRING ACTIVITIES
• Perform, monitor and report on product test results including yields
• Lead and Manage the Test Technicians.
• Calibrate test equipment as per specifications and instructions.
• Support development and improve product, Test designs.
• Active participation in resolution of product Test issues
• Training personnel, drive efficiency and quality in processes
• Perform tests and inspections procedures.
• Communicate safety, work area and quality issues to the Plant Manager
• Keep clean and safe working environment

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience testing of multi-discipline electronics equipment. Experience with lithium batteries Is a merit.
• Undergraduate technical degree or similar experience
• Computer skills, proficient In Micro Office applications
• Experience with Lab View Is a merit.
• Certificates in safety and first aid is a merit.
• Testing tools skills such as voltmeter, temperature sensors, etc
• Be able to read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Be able to understand and Interpret test logs.
• Experience with a Manufacturing Execution System MTEC / MBRAIN Is a merit.
• Written and Communication skills
