We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining relationships.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Support lead generation efforts through research and outreach to potential clients.
Participate in upselling and cross-selling initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
Collaborate with the sales team on territory sales strategies and execution.
Utilize software tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the industry.
Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for clients.
Qualifications
Previous experience in technical sales or outside sales is preferred but not required.
Strong background in customer service with a focus on building relationships.
Familiarity with lead generation techniques and business development strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
Proficiency in using software tools related to sales management and reporting.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
