The Production Line Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations for ESS battery packaging, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining strict quality control and safety standards. This role supervises production associates, coordinates workflow, monitors performance, and drives continuous improvement. The Supervisor works closely with quality, maintenance, and management teams to resolve operational issues, enforce company policies, and ensure all products meet established quality specifications. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications, Skills, Requirements Needed:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred),
Minimum 2–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments,
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting, email)’
Knowledge of safety regulations and workplace compliance
Bilingual (English/Korean or English/Spanish) is a plus
