Assembly and Oil filling Operator
The assembly and oil filling process for an Eaglerise transformer involves assembling the transformer components, ensuring proper connections, and then carefully filling the transformer tank with specialized oil to insulate and cool the windings and core. This process is critical for the transformer’s functionality and longevity.
Qualifications
• Basic Mechanical Skills. Understanding of basic mechanical principles and tools.
• Attention to Detail: The ability to follow instructions carefully and accurately.
• Physical Stamina: Being able to perform repetitive tasks, often standing for extended periods.
• Basic Math and Reading Skills. Ability to understand instructions and perform basic calculations.
• Experience with Manufacturing Processes. Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is often beneficia of 1 year.

Responsibilities
Transformer Assembly:
• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly, including wiring components and ensuring proper connections.
Oil Processing & Filling:
• Manage oil processing machines for filtering and degassing transformer oil, and fill transformers with oil under vacuum to eliminate air and moisture.
Vacuum Drying:
• Assist with the vacuum drying process of transformer components to remove moisture.
Quality Control:
• Ensure transformers meet operational and quality standards.
Safety Compliance:
• Adhere to safety regulations and procedures during all assembly and oil filling activities.
Collaboration:
• Work as part of a team, following the guidance of lead or senior field service technicians.
Skills
Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles, experience with transformer components, and ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Problem-Solving:
• Ability to identify and resolve issues during the assembly and oil filling process.
Communication Skills:
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with team members and supervisors.
