• Shipping and Receiving of all Inventory items via Manual and ERP System, (Pentagon 2000)
• Compiling Inventory status reports, re-order point generation etc…
• Generate RFQ’s for standard and custom manufactured equipment to approved FAA suppliers
• Vendor coordination and ordering processing of all approved inventory articles
• Conduct best cost analysis for Purchasing
• Release PO’s within the ERP System and forward to awarded supplier and track all lead times
• Conform to company Quality Standards and applicable FAA Regulations
Qualifications, Skills, Requirements Needed:
Inventory Control ERP and Purchasing Systems.
Microsoft Office and Excel knowledge.
Forklift operations.
Experience working with suppliers, customers requirements in a dynamic environment.
