Qualifications, Skills, Requirements Needed:
Good computer skills
➢ Microsoft Word & Outlook knowledge experience required
➢ Good Typing skills
➢ Good communication skills
Software: (Will be using the following)
➢ Sage 100 (ERP System)
➢ Dual Monitors
➢ Paperless workflow system (DocLink)
➢ Starship (Shipping software)

Accepts and signs for deliveries
➢ Assists in unloading shipments from delivery truck
➢ Uses dollies, forklifts, and other moving equipment to transport shipments from loading
dock
➢ Opens boxes and inspects contents of shipments
➢ Assuring no damaged items are sent or received
➢ Comparing packing lists to company purchase orders and ensuring that the products in
each delivery match the packing list
➢ Notify Supervisor of any shipment discrepancies, damaged product, etc.
➢ Maintains records of all received shipments
➢ Conducts inventory of products, and logs data into inventory database
➢ Address and answer Customer Service inquiries about pending orders and shipments
Experience:
➢ Must be detail oriented
➢ Strong Organizational skills
➢ Previous warehouse experience required
➢ Receiving experience required
