A minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced office setting,preferable within the DME (Durable Medical equipment) industry or medical setting
A professional postive demeanor with excelletn customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up
Must be able to lift and maneuver equipment of any weight up to 25 lbs
Must be able to demonstrate basic MS word, outlook, and excel skills (Pivot Tables)
Bachelors degree in business, medical field, or related industry preferred
Knowledge with Brightree software is a plus
Bilingual candiates are a plus
Qualifications, Skills, Requirements Needed:
Oversee and check daily service associate activiites, ensure new clinets are called and orders are processed correctly adn timely and setup proper training when necessary.
Support Serice associates with questions, answers, and corrections as needed.
Maintain work scheudle of service associates
Oversee the monitoring of CPAP/BiPAP patient compliance
First-line resolution of customr and referral copliants and special requests.
Independently conduct and /or assist director with service associates
