Qualificaitons:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 1-3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or similar role in a metals manufacturing environment
• Must be detailed and multi-task oriented
• Geometry and computer skills
• Must be able to read blueprints
• Strong working knowledge of GD&T, and use of various inspection equipment
• Ability to work 4 (10hr) days a week Monday – Thursday
• Friday and Saturday OT, as required

Job Duties:
• Inspect & document measurement results for First Piece layout approvals
• Inspects incoming, work-in-process, and finished goods by validating conformance to customer drawing specifications/GDT
• Conducts visual and measurement tests according to company guidelines
• Operates Brown & Sharpe CMM (working knowledge of PC-DMIS)
• Perform inspection gage setup and teardown for production
• Able to lift and move parts up to 30lbs
