Join our dynamic team in Inman, SC as a Manufacturing Production Associate. You will be a key player, ensuring our production lines operate seamlessly and supporting various department operations as needed.

Employment Type: Temp to Perm
Shifts: Monday – Friday 7 AM – 3:30 PM and Monday – Friday 3 PM – 11:30 PM
Compensation: $17 / Hour

Key Responsibilities:
Operate equipment safely and efficiently according to training and work instructions.
Prepare equipment for use by cleaning and assembling following work instructions.
Fill in for absent team members when required.
Work overtime when necessary to meet production goals.
Maintain a safe and organized work area.

Qualifications & Skills Required:
Ability to read work instruction, perform basic math, & effectively communicate.
Previous production experience in a fast-paced work environment is a plus. Experience with grinding, extrusion, or weighing/batching processes is highly desirable.
Ability to safely operate a forklift.
Capacity & willingness to learn & operate multiple pieces of equipment / processes.
Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds.
Tolerance for exposure to dust & odors.
Ability to stand, bend, twist, & focus for prolonged periods.
Constant alertness & attention to detail.
Safety conscious.
