Position Purpose:
The position is considered a production and customer service employee. Main responsibilities will be flexing
between producing church offering envelopes and related materials in a production environment and providing
quality customer service to Hubbard Press customers in their order requests and inquiries. Requires the
ability to work well independently as well as with a team.
Roles and Responsibilities (list in order of priority):
1. Finishes orders off press that require additional special occasion envelopes.
2. Assembles setup boxes, folds cartons, and shrink wraps finished sets.
3. Operates Production Copier/Printer producing commercial orders for customers.
4. Answer inbound 800-line telephone. Process customer orders/requests as well as correspondence
relative to price quotes and other inquires.
5. Process incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and e-mail.
6. Data entry of shipping information for invoicing process.
7. Perform telemarketing calls to customers as requested and follow up on all quotes and proofs.
8. Maintain customer files in the file room.
9. Assists with the general upkeep and keeps department areas clean and orderly.
10. Contributes to a positive team environment.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.
Essential Position Requirements:
Education High School diploma/GED
Experience Minimum of 3 year Customer Service with 800 phone line experience.
Production or print shop environment experience helpful.
Required Skills
Must have excellent oral and written communications skills.
Position requires strong computer skills, and the ability to work independently with
accuracy and detail.
Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, Word, Excel.
Helpful Skills
Graphics art and design experience or training.

Physical Requirements
Ability to handle packages up to 40 pounds. Must have good dexterity and be able to
