Flexible Staffing is hiring Temp to Hire Machinists with manual and CNC experience.

A machinist is a person that can accurately machine parts to print, use a variety of machines and/or methods, rely on his/her skills obtained through an accredited trade school or from on-the-job experience.

This is not a button-pusher position. We are looking for machinists, and not operators.

The tooling/fixturing our client manufactures is for major automobile manufacturers’ welding lines. Our client designs machines, and fabricates the equipment, then integrates robotic technology. Machinists will machine parts that are components of this tooling.

Applicants must be able to read and understand shop blueprints, metric measuring instruments, and have the desire to increase machining skills. Hired machinists must be able to operate manual mills and have some experience on CNC mill equipment.

Hired machinists must act as team players and work well with others in their department to accomplish production targets. The company expects them to be detail-oriented and self-motivated to take on any kind of work, and to make suggestions to improve the efficiency of any work process.

Overtime will be required during times of increased production, including weekend work.
