This person will train on 1st shift 6am-4pm with the Plant Manager.

Qualifications, Skills, Requirements Needed:
Experience fabricating and welding aluminum.
Proficient using shop tools, such as welding and cutting equipment.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Possess a valid driver’s license
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
