Vacuum Drying & Lowering into tank operator
A vacuum drying and lowering into tank operator would be responsible for loading materials into the vacuum drying chamber, setting the appropriate vacuum and temperature, monitoring the process, and then carefully lowering the dried material into a tank for further processing.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Experience with regulated manufacturing processes and equipment of 1 year
• Ability to analyze technical data and drive process improvements
• Good written and oral communication skills
• strong attention to detail,
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Benefits
• Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Loading and Unloading
• The operator would be responsible for loading the material into the vacuum drying chamber and, after drying, carefully lowering the dry material into a tank.
Process Setup
• They would need to set the appropriate vacuum pressure, temperature, and drying time based on the material being dried.
Monitoring
• During the drying process, the operator would monitor parameters like pressure, temperature, and drying time to ensure optimal results.
Troubleshooting
• They would be expected to identify any issues that may arise during the vacuum drying process, such as pump malfunctions or improper vacuum settings.
Quality Control
• The operator would also be involved in ensuring the quality of the dried material meets specifications.
Safety
• The operator would need to be aware of potential hazards associated with vacuum drying, such as pressure changes and potential hazards related to the material being dried
