Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated QA Technician to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards through rigorous testing and inspection processes. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our production line and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties
• Conduct quality control inspections on products throughout the manufacturing process.
• Utilize various tools and systems, including HACCP protocols, to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain coordinate measuring machines and vision inspection systems to assess product specifications.
• Collect and analyze research data to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality systems.
• Collaborate with production teams to fabricate solutions for identified quality issues.
• Document findings and prepare reports on quality inspections, including any non-conformance issues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures.
Skills
• Proficient in HACCP principles and practices.
• Experience with coordinate measuring machines and Calypso software.
• Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and techniques.
• Familiarity with research data collection processes.
• Ability to operate vision inspection systems effectively.
• Knowledge of quality systems and assurance practices.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members across departments.
