Responsibilities may be the following:

Team Coordination: They oversee the work of various contractors and subcontractors, ensuring that everyone is working towards the same goal.
Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project.
Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work being performed ensuring that it meets the required standards and specifications.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that the project progresses smoothly.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
Office experience is a must
Transportation
Must have a resume
Knowledge in construction is a PLUS
