Temp to Hire 4 day work week in a temperature controlled, clean manufacturing environment.  Medical, Vision and Dental available after going perm

Experience and Qualifications:

• Ability to assemble parts meeting cycle time requirements.
• Experience in high-volume assembly operation preferred.
• Must be quality conscience.
• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to trouble-shoot machine stops and solve routine problems.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble components meeting production and quality requirements.
• Recovers machine stops as necessary.
• Work safely.
• Helps at other assembly stations as appropriate.
• Report abnormalities to Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Other duties as assigned.

Conditions of Employment:

• Hourly position.
• Normally 4 days per week, 10 hours per day, overtime as needed.
• Must live in close proximity to the plant located in Clinton Tennessee.

Assembly Activity:

• Subcomponent parts are placed on a palletized conveying system.
• Subcomponent parts weigh 2 lbs or less. Finished goods 8 9 lbs
