Flexible Staffing is hiring Production Associates in the Piedmont and Mauldin Area! We have 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift available. 8 hour shifts!
We are looking for an attentive production associate to ensure that the equipment involved in the manufacturing process is in good working order and is being used in a safe manner.

Production Associate Responsibilities:
* Ensures parts are racked/loaded and unracked/unloaded from racks and barrels according to standard work instruction
* Read and understand WOID (work orders) and related customer-specific work instructions
* Alert shift team leader and lead associate of any abnormal conditions including part appearance, plating thickness, flight bar, rack or barrel condition, machine function and alarms
* Pack out parts according to the standard work instruction
