· Skill-Based Pay System Raises based on how fast you successfully pass evaluations and top out based on your skill

· Pay: $18.00 up to $26.40 per hour Possible production bonuses, incentive bonuses, and holiday bonuses

· Shifts are 12-hour shifts, 7 am – 7:20 pm or 7 pm – 7:20 am, with days off during the week! 2/2/3 rotating scheduled with plenty of time off.

· Paid Vacation in your first year (8 or 12 hours) Paid Emergency Absence Days (8 or 12 hours)

Requirements / Conditions: Must be able to work any shift Capable of working in a non-temperature-controlled environment Dirty environment (we work with graphite) Dark and loud production environment (we are a forging facility)
