Flexible Staffing is hiring temp-to-hire third shift Order Pullers in Carol Stream IL.

Qualified candidates must have hand select order within various warehouse environments of fluctuating temperature, including dry cooler, and freezer. Operating assigned Sysco Order selection (SOS) unit to create labels and correctly place on product. Stack product on pallet following proper selecting procedures (for example, no stacking heavy-on-light, labels facing out, etc.). Engage an electric pallet jack, or forklift, to transport products. Stage pallets for loading on proper dock location. Always follows SyscoSafe preferred work methods, and immediately advises supervisor of any unsafe conditions. Adhere to sanitation requirements to comply with the policy set forth by the company and by AIB (America Institute of Baking). Maintain and safely operating all assigned equipment, including but not limited to pallet jack, SOS unit, and personal protective equipment. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and safely operate all mechanical equipment. Shrink-wrap product on the loading dock. Attends all required company meetings. Other Duties may be assigned.
Requirements:

• High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) or equivalent.
• 1-year operating pallet jack or forklift preferred.
• 1-year order selector/picking.
• 1-year warehouse experience preferred.
• 18+ years of age.
• Must submit to pre-employment testing (Drug Screening, Background Check, Physical Test).
• Requires working overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Physical demands:
• Frequently lift product the weighs 1-75 pounds, up to 100 pounds.
• Regularly reach up to 72 inches.
• Constantly bend and twist while operating a pallet jack and/or forklift.
• Retrieving items from lower shelf areas.
Hours:
Sunday through Thursday 8:00 pm to 4:30 am
