Flexible Staffing is recruiting for Logistics Operations Coordinators for a major Logistics Company in Livonia, MI. This is a day shift position hours are 8am-4:30pm. Duties are as follows.

Assist in coordination of export/import ocean and air shipments

Establish and coordinate schedule with ocean or air carrier and tender shipments

Track and trace all shipments

Update and maintain Transportation Management System(s) inclusive of manual order entry and expedite execution

Prepare and publish daily, weekly reports

Obtain data to assist in analysis on performance trends

Proactively identify problems to management

Answer and resolve basic billing questions when needed

Prepare client invoice packets

Confirm rates with carriers
