As the Human Resources Generalist, you will provide point of contact HR support and support the Human Resources Manager. We are looking for someone who can engage on the production floor, communicate, interview, help with staffing and onboarding.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide day-to-day generalist and point-of-contact
- Assist with recruitment, new hire orientations, trainings and
- Assist with implementation of I-IRIS -ADP
- Maintain all necessary records and files to support review and
- Manage reporting for call on: absenteeism and employee attendance
- Assist with employee engagement activities and lead in the absence of the HR
- Support safety initiatives and actively participate on the Safety
- Oversee employee safety training and ensure training is communicated and taking place in a timely
- Oversee employee training :files.
- Support Human Resources Manager in the execution of strategic initiatives including compensation and benefits employee engagement, performance management, training, and
- Demonstrate knowledge of I-IR policies and procedures as well as state and federal labor
QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- 2-4 years’ experience in Human Resources and/or bachelor’s in human resources
- Experience using ADP or similar Human Capital
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
COMPUTER SKILLS
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, namely Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Experience with Visio and working knowledge of current ERP system is a
