Job Summary: Responsible for general office duties and lends administrative support to various
departments with a strong emphasis on the Human Resource Department.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Reception and general office duties. **
2. Assist various departments with administrative help.
3. Effectively communicate/work with all levels of management within the organization.
4. Organize, update, and maintain employee HRIS information as needed.
5. File employee records with high confidentiality.
6. Execute all employee termination procedures, including advising employees on rights and benefits.
7. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
8. Foster positive employee relations and work to solve employee issues.
9. Abide by company-enforced HR processes and current State and Federal employment laws and
regulations.
10. Under the leadership of the HR Manager, be a vital source of human resources information, and
answer inquiries related and directed to the HR department.
11. Data Entry for new hires.
12. Support any other special projects initiated by the HR Manager.
