HR & Administrative Assistant
Overview We are seeking an HR & Administrative Assistant to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This role supports the HR & Administrative Manager in recruitment, benefits management, employee relations, and coordination with third-party vendors. Responsibilities include job postings, resume screening, onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining accurate employee records. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish (Chinese is a plus), holds an associate degree or higher, and has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software are essential. Responsibilities
• Assist the HR & Administrative Manager with daily operations, including recruitment, benefits management, and communication with third-party labor service providers.
• Support the development and implementation of company policies and employee relations management.
• Participate in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding procedures.
• Assist in advancing the company’s benefits program and follow up on employee leave and payroll matters.
• Coordinate with third-party labor companies and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and progress on collaborative projects.
• Manage employee records and maintain accurate and up-to-date data.

Requirements
